The house offers a living space of 110 smq and can host up to 5 persons. Consider also the outdoor living and dining room area that makes enjoyable to spend a lot of time in the spacious terrace. It is great place to rest and relax thanks to its fantastic terrace overlooking the sea and the nature surrounding it. Very private and quiet, the house is entirely surrounded by a beautiful garden. On the terrace one can always find a shady place as the sun moves around the house over the course of the day; the two tables give you a choice if you want to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outside. The internal parking space can host two cars. It has as a big and very sunny living room with two dining areas, a kitchen, a master bedroom and two other bedrooms, and one full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms overlook the sea, while the third one looks into the garden. The house has many windows which give you a beautiful view wherever you look. The villa has satellite TV and wireless Internet access. The house can be a perfect base for an easy visit to the capital of Sicily and to the western part of our island. In this area the little seaports of Porticello and Aspra and the town of Bagheria with its famous 18th century villas. At 50 mt from the house an access to Monte Catalfano, a natural park great for hiking and with a stunning view of the coast. The highway can be reached in 15-20 minutes and from there you are connected with several sights. The pictoresque Cefalù, the Greek Temples of Agrigento or Segesta, the medieval little towns of Madonie or even San Vito, Erice, and the area of Marsala and Trapani in the western end of Sicily. If you want to avoid using the car to arrive in Palermo, reach Bagheria or Santa Flavia Station, park your car and arrive in the city in 10-15 minutes. It’s advisable to have a car because the closest centre is 3 km away but if you like to walk it takes 20 minutes and you can get a feel of the town.
