The villa is located at the top of a hill at 590 meters above sea level, the most interesting peculiarity is the climate of the place, in fact, in the afternoon, there is always a fresh breeze; the local farmers call it "sea breeze" because it comes from the sea at a distance of 40 km. The panorama is splendid, extending over the valley to Lake Bolsena and beyond to the Vulsini mountains which surround the lake. The garden features a natural lawn and oak trees and is equipped with tables for outdoor dining with an unobstructed view of the panorama. At the edge of the garden, on the crest of the hill, is the swimming pool with a border paved in chestnut planks. surrounded by ornamental vases and deck chairs. The villa is accessed via a paved road that climbs for about 200 metres, in the wood which forms a splendid green tunnel, completely illuminated at night.
