Recently renovated stately apartment with balcony, lake view and private courtyard in the heart of Bellagio, a few steps from the pier.
The apartment, located on the first floor of a prestigious building without an elevator, opens onto a large hallway that separates the living area from the sleeping area. In front of the entrance guests will find the elegant living room furnished with a sofa and a TV, directly connected to the dining room with a fireplace. This room boasts an access to the balcony overlooking the lake and the surrounding mountains. The living area also includes a modern kitchen with counter and stools that is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and an espresso machine. The sleeping area, which is very quiet thanks to its internal view, consists of three bedrooms, all featuring a closet, one with two single beds and two with a queen-size bed each. One of the two double bedrooms also includes a desk. The layout is completed by two newly renovated bathrooms with shower.
The kitchen has access to the large courtyard that comes with sun loungers, a barbecue, tables and chairs. From here a staircase leads to the upper part of the village of Bellagio.
At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, iron, air conditioning and heating. In the courtyard there is also a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and barbecue equipment.

To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
