Nice and cozy apartment with balcony in the center of Civenna.
The apartment, on the second floor of a small building, opens onto the entrance hall, which leads to the different rooms: a fully-equipped independent kitchen with balcony, a living room with a dining table, a sofa and a fireplace that cannot be used, and the sleeping area, which includes two bedrooms with double beds. A bathroom with bathtub completes the layout.
Guests will benefit from amenities such as a washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi and heating.

Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
