*The Well* is located on the second floor of the white farmhouse. It is a 35 sq m suite suitable for 2 guests.

In the living room with table and four chairs, there is a fully equipped wooden kitchenette with oven, fridge and all the necessary utensils for guests.

Just a few steps from the pool, The Well does not have an outdoor space, so we set up a large shaded area with a parasol and chairs in the garden below for guests. The perfect way to relax while looking at the lake.

Perfect for those who don't have high demands and want to stay in a small paradise at the most economical price of our apartments.

In collaboration with Repower, we provide a charging station for electric bikes. We have also started to set up a workshop area for minor repairs and washing your e-bike.

But if you don't have your own bike, you can take advantage of our rental service, so you can explore the beauty of the surroundings and live unforgettable adventures without impacting the environment!

In the small restaurant of the agri-relais you can savour the fruits of the vegetable garden tended by Nadia and Aruna. Almost 2000 sq m of land located along the northern edge of the farm: courgettes, aubergines, table and sauce tomatoes as well as fruit trees for delicious jams.

Thanks to Barbara's decade-long experience as our chef, we have chosen to present you with the products of our 'natural pantry' as an accompaniment to traditional land and lake dishes. Local cheeses and cold cuts are the stars of our delicious platters to be enjoyed with a drink or a good wine.

The best place to enjoy good food and good wine is our porch, which offers a stunning view of the lake.

At the entrance to the agriturismo we have installed a charging station for electric cars. Download the app and charge your electric car independently. We are a Repower Charging Net stop, all the kWh delivered are covered by Guarantee of Origin, certificates issued by the Energy Services Manager (GSE). An important prerequisite for those who choose to travel by electric car!

At the Relais we are keen to tell you how beautiful and full of treasures our area is, but our certified guides who accompany Italian and foreign tourists on really interesting tours do it better than us!

From visits to the archaeological areas of Vulci and Tarquinia, to the medieval villages of Bolsena, Viterbo, Vitorchiano and the Renaissance gardens of Villa Lante, Caprarola and Vignanello. But also tours of the ghost towns or the parks of Bomarzo and Capalbio. And brand new: the cruise on the Bisentina island, open to the public only a few months ago!

With the sound massage you can relax your mind, relieve tension and increase your inner energy, thus gaining strength in everyday life.

With a yoga session you will get multiple benefits from muscle strengthening to improved sleep and mood.

While with a small taste of craniosacral therapy you can begin to restore jaw disorders, reduce back, muscle, sprains, rheumatism, sciatica, scoliosis, spinal problems and whiplash, headaches and sinusitis.
