How beautiful is the countryside, when it is just a five-minute’s drive from the village. So it is for this farmhouse, surrounded by old oak trees, fields and rolling hills. Outside the villa you can imagine yourself under the pergola, with a glass of wine, good homemade bread, a few slices of salami while enjoying the sunset, the long shadows of the evening, colored in warm tones…and the scent of lavender and wild roses. Just a few minutes away, you will find Cagli, one of the most beautiful villages of this area, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The villa is well structured and appropriate to accommodate groups; on the ground floor the kitchen is large, bright and well equipped with professional facilities. There is a dining room, a large living room with fireplace, and an autonomous area with a study, bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there is a lounge with fireplace, a double bedroom with additional single bed and en suite bathroom with shower, other 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 1 with bath and 2 with showers.
