This holiday apartment is in a hilly location in Cagli. Outside there is a private veranda with a table and there is a roofed car parking space. There is a swimming pool on site (8 x 4m, depth ca. 1.50m, open from the beginning of May to around mid-September) and there is a garden for shared use. There are also a wood-burning stove, a brick-built grill and a standing grill. There is a laundry room on site with a washing machine, iron and ironing board for shared use. The apartment of around 30m² is on the ground floor of a house comprising a total of four holiday apartments and has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen-living room. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. Satellite TV and a DVD player are available. The apartment has heating (payable, see supplementary charges). Free wireless Internet access is available. A little grocery shop, a restaurant and two bars are about a kilometre from the apartment. The apartment is around 20 minutes by car from the beach and the mountains. The apartment is conveniently situated for getting to art towns such as Urbino, Gubbio and Gradara. The Grotte di Frasassi are about a 40-minute drive from the apartment. The apartment is about a kilometre from the motorway and is easy to get to along an asphalted road.
