Access to the house is partly unpaved, you enter in the property via a non-electric gate and park on the ground floor. The property consists of two distinct units on each of the two floors of the villa. The beaches are not too far away, about 3 km from the renowned Marina di Campo and its picturesque old town, or, in the opposite direction, the small but lively village of Procchio with its golden sandy beach. We remind you that the villa is an excellent starting point to visit the places of the Costa del Sole, the whole west coast of the island, where there are the sandy coves and the most suggestive cliffs of the whole island. In the adjacent room there is the living room with double sofa bed and TV area, hallway with marble bathroom, an elegant, essential but luxurious environment, and double bedroom with large French window which gives it brightness.
