The house Penia 2 is located in Penia, it's a fraction of the municipality of Canazei, in Val di Fassa, on the course of the Avisio stream. Located at a height of 1555 m above sea level, the small town of Penia, with a parish church, is directly connected to the hamlet of Alba di Canazei and, consequently, to its ski resorts. This means that the village is a well-known holiday resort both in winter and in the summer, thanks to the presence of numerous trails that start from the center to reach the Marmolada, Monzoni and Sella group. Penia is an official stopover place along the famous Via Alpina, a path that runs from east to west across the mountain range of the Alps. The condominium is located about 1000 meters from the Ciampac and Col de Rossi cable cars. The ski bus stop is 400 meters away and the center of Alba di Canazei is about 1100 meters, with all the services of pizzerias and shops with winter and summer equipment rental. Small and charming three-room apartment on two floors, composed of: entrance, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and balcony. Upstairs double bedroom and bedroom with bunk beds. Parking place outside. Nice exposure, panoramic and very sunny. The apartment is located just 1.3 km from the Ciampac and Col dei Rossi ski lift (Sella Ronda). In the center of Penia (about 500 meters) you will find a small grocery for basic necessities. Please note that upon delivery of the keys, in addition to the cost of final cleaning and the tourist tax, you will have to pay €10 per person as a service charge.
