This means that the village is a well-known holiday resort both in winter and in the summer, thanks to the presence of numerous trails that start from the center to reach the Marmolada, Monzoni and Sella group. Penia is an official stopover place along the famous Via Alpina, a path that runs from east to west across the mountain range of the Alps. The condominium is located about 1300 meters from the Ciampac and Col de Rossi cable cars. The ski bus stop is 400 meters away and the center of Alba di Canazei is about 1500 meters, with all the services of pizzerias and shops with winter and summer equipment rental.
