Located between Pisa, Siena, and Grosseto, the villa provides quick access to Tuscany's beautiful art cities. Set within 6 hectares of parkland and a private garden, it features trails for pleasant walks and trekking. Casa Vacanze Porrine is 40-60 km from Volterra and Siena, and just 35 km from the stunning beaches of Follonica and Punta Ala. Nearby, a turn towards Leccia leads to the excavations of "Aque Populoniae," the largest Etruscan and Roman thermal complex. Additionally, just 12 km away in Sasso Pisano, the Biolago offers relaxing thermal waters, including a caldarium at 36°C, a tepidarium, and a photo-purified lake. Built-in June 2023, with particular attention to the finishes and materials (roof covering in ancient roof tiles and local chestnut beams).
