Description

The holiday house is located far away from the noise of the city, in a hilly landscape with quiet surrounding nature, for pure relaxation. The garden with olive trees that surrounds the house creates a unique atmosphere. The living room opens out onto the veranda, where you can enjoy a good book or just the beautiful view of the landscape. Right next to the veranda there is a barbecue. By the pool, which is for your exclusive use, there are deckchairs and parasols. Measuring 10 x 5 metres and with a depth of 1.2-1.6m, it provides fun and refreshing afternoons for both adults and children. The country house from 1794 was carefully restored in 2007, to return it to its original beauty. On the ground floor there are the kitchen, the living room and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, a dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge, freezer compartment, coffee machine and electric kettle. In the bathroom next to the living room there is a washing machine. On the top floor there are four bedrooms, one of which is furnished with two single beds, while the other three have double beds. Two of the double bedrooms have their own bathroom, the other two bedrooms share a third, separate bathroom. Two supplementary beds (folding beds) can be added for two children. The holiday house is rented out as a whole, so that you can enjoy absolute privacy. The site affords a magnificent view of the typical Marche landscape, with corn and sunflower fields.
