Surrounded by the countryside with olive groves, this 1-bedroom farmhouse in Cortona is ideal for a family of 3 with children to stay. It features a shared swimming pool for refreshing yourselves and a private garden to enjoy the day. The location is perfect to explore Tuscany. There are many trattorias, wineries and art towns in the neighbourhood. A short drive will take you to the lake to enjoy waters. The town centre lies 6 km away. Excellent restaurants and supermarket are at 1 km. Lake Trasimeno, a beautiful lake about 20 km away, holding scenic view where you can also enjoy kitesurfing, horseback riding, visit the islands by boat or you can simply go and enjoy an ice cream on the shores of the lake. Relax in the furnished garden enjoying the surroundings over a glass of Tuscan wine. The open kitchen is spacious and modern and the living-dining room comes with TV. Kids have a playpen, children's bed and high chair to use during the stay.

Tips from owner:
Cortona is a beautiful city. Stroll through the narrow and steep streets and alleys. There are many historic buildings, including the Basilica di Santa Margherita, the Diocesan Museum, Etruscan museum and the Duomo. From Fortezza di Girifalco you have a beautiful view of the valley on a clear day. You can also do a wine tour and tasting. In Tuscany you can find very good wines.
