This is an elegant villa with a private pool located in the historic part of Cortona. It is an ideal choice for sun holidays with family and friends. The property is located in the Valdichiana countryside. In this area, you can go to art cities like Florence (120 km), Siena (79 km), Arezzo (33 km) and Pienza (54 km). You cannot drive into the centre of Cortona, but there are free parking spaces outside the walls, about 10 minutes walk from the centre. The attractive holiday home has a swimming pool (open from June up to and including September) with spectacular views of the surroundings. The barbecue allows you to create the ultimate summer evening and the roof terrace is the ideal place for a relaxing evening with a glass of wine of your choice. If you have any questions during your holiday, you can always contact the caretaker, who lives nearby.
