The holiday villa is semi-detached (the first one of the row) and it is set in a quiet condo a few steps from a gorgeous sandy beach and from far from several shopping and dining facilities. This will allow you to comfortably arrange your beach holiday to Sardinia. Would you like to consider a beach holiday without a holiday car? Here you can! A large lawned garden makes this holiday accommodation more enjoyable. A large roofed patio is equipped with table and chairs and will allow you to enjoy your dining outdoors. A BBQ area will allow you to prepare tasty roasted meat and fish. A private parking space (useful for one car) is very close to the entrance gate of the property. A comfortable alfresco shower will help you in keeping the indoors spaces safe from sand coming back from the beach. It is a nice two storey accommodation. It has a ground floor and a loft. On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining corner and separated ktichenette, a double bedroom with direct access to the garden, a single bedroom with direct access to the garden, a modern shower room. On the loft (accessed by internal stairs) there are two single beds. The main amenities of the holiday home include: washing machine, sat TV, sofa bed in the living room, kitchenette with hob, oven, sink, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, American coffee maker. Costa Rei is a beach resort not far from Cagliari - the capital city of Sardinia - and within 60 minutes driving from its airport. It is a calm spot where to spend a relaxing beach holiday to Sardinia. The sandy beach is perfect for children safety and also one of the largest we have in Sardinia. All the main shopping and dining facilities are at your fingertips. Please note that the internal stair useful to access the loft is a bit steep and for that reason not suitable for very young children.
