This apartment is the perfect solution for families and groups of friends, children are welcome while for condominium rules and the particularity of the apartment we cannot accept pets.
In the most peaceful and exclusive area of ??Desenzano del Garda there is our apartment "PARADISE" located in the luxurious residence VISTALAGO. The residence has a porter's lodge open during daylight hours, during the night, however, it can be accessed via the remote-controlled gate. The garage (350x204x5,5mt) with the electric opening can hold up to two cars. From the garage you can arrive directly to the apartment, located on the third and last floor, by lift. Opening the front door we can immediately see a large window with a breathtaking view. At the entrance there is a spacious wall-mounted wardrobe and on the right the master bedroom with private bathroom with JACUZZI whirlpool tub and a large terrace overlooking the pools. On the left we find the "guest" room with a single and a French bed, as well as another splendid terrace. The living area is spectacular: an American-style kitchen, large armchairs and sofas, flat-screen TV, dining table and two terraces with the most beautiful view you could ever admire in Desenzano del Garda. The terraces are equipped with: electric sunshade awning, exercise bike, outdoor kitchen. In the living area there is also a service bathroom with hallway, shower, toilet and washing machine. Inside the residence there are 5 swimming pools, you could choose one per day, one of which is reserved for children. The children's playground, wifi, air conditioning in all rooms and the heating complete the description of this prestigious apartment.
We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. Check in time for this apartment is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, for arrivals after 7:00 PM and until 11:30 PM there is a supplement of Euro 50.00
Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day.
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 200, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. If you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damage, by bank transfer within 3 working days
