“A casa di Giovanna“ is a modern apartment completely renovated (2022) equipped with all comforts. It is located in a very quiet residential complex, in the heart of the city, a few steps from the center of Desenzano del Garda. After crossing an elegant garden, in the apartment we are greeted by a spacious and very modern living room with: double windows, a terrace from which you can see a slice of the lake or enjoy an excellent aperitif and an elegant, fully equipped kitchen. The living area includes a comfortable, spacious and welcoming sofa bed, as well as a 55-inch SMART TV that allows you to use the internet and watch NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME and other similar channels. The structure is also equipped with two bathrooms, complete with toilet, bidet, washing machine, spacious shower and mirror. The sleeping area consists of two bright double bedrooms, which both have wardrobes, bedside tables, mirror and all comforts. in both bedrooms there is a high quality Topper on the mattresses of the double beds. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming. Air conditioning is found in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and multi-storey private parking complete the description of this beautiful apartment, located 400 meters and close to the lake.
We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel cuddled and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft.
The check in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and until 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00
Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day.

This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 250, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
