A few steps from the center, the lake, the train station and the main services we find Garden and Pool, a two-room apartment located on the ground floor with a swimming pool shared with only one other unit.
The depth of the pool ranges from a minimum of 110 cm to a maximum of 200 cm.
Upon entering the house we are greeted by a living room with double sofa bed, flat screen TV cabinet, table with chairs, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and microwave. Moving to the sleeping area we find the bathroom with shower and washing machine and finally the double bedroom with large wardrobe, mirror and bedside table. The apartment is equipped with WI-FI connection and air conditioning.
The living room overlooks a small private garden consisting of a gazebo, table with 4 chairs.
Possibility to park the car inside the structure in the dedicated parking space.
The apartment is the ideal solution for those who are looking for tranquility but at the same time want to stay close to the lake and have the opportunity to take a refreshing bath in the splendid swimming pool, equipped with two deck chairs. Pets are not allowed in the entire structure.
We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. The check in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and until 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00
