ENJOY! A three-room apartment in the center of Desenzano, a few steps far away from the pedestrian area and convenient to all the main services of the city. We comfortably reach the second floor of the building by elevator: entering we are greeted by a large living area, very modern and bright, where we find a kitchenette equipped with all utensils including stove, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and refrigerator. The living room also includes a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. From the living room, we can walk out towards a beautiful terrace with table and chairs, where we can relax and enjoy the sun and the fresh air. The sleeping area includes two rooms; the first is a very comfortable double bedroom with a chest of drawers and a bridge wardrobe, the second one has a bunk bed, furniture, chest of drawers and all the comforts you need.
In all beds there is a high quality Topper, A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even cozier.
Finally, the bathroom has all the utilities including washing machine, shower, sink, toilet and bidet. We complete the description of this refined apartment with free Wi-Fi, a place for your car in a reserved garage, but above al,l the central location of the house, which will allow you to enjoy the vitality of the city of Desenzano.
