The "Il girasole sul lago" apartment is located in Desenzano del Garda, a stone's throw from the historic center and the main services that the city offers.
Upon entering the apartment, we are greeted by the large living room consisting of a double sofa bed, a dining table and a cabinet with TV. The latter opens onto the large terrace equipped with a table with dining chairs to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors, with a magnificent view of the lake.
The large kitchen adjoins the living room with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils and crockery.
Between the two rooms there is a service bathroom with sink and toilet.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a second bathroom with washing machine, hairdryer, sink, bidet and bathtub.
Air conditioning is present in the kitchen and in all bedrooms.
The apartment is on the first floor without a lift, is equipped with wi-fi connection and there is a parking space inside the courtyard. In the immediate vicinity there are also public parking spaces for a second car.
We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. The check in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and up to 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00
