Oscar Luxury Suite is one of the flagship apartments of the large fleet of the Desenzanoloft agency. Located on the first floor (also with lift) in a context of only 6 residential units on the main connecting artery of Desenzano del Garda.
Reached our destination we can take advantage of the convenient outdoor parking reserved for 2 cars, we enter the context where we are welcomed by the large infinity pool surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden.
We are greeted by 2 entrance doors ... entering the apartment we are greeted by a very spacious and well-kept living room equipped with air conditioning, sofa and Smart TV, from the living room we access through an elegant sliding glass window to the large American kitchen with equipped peninsula with all the accessories for cooking or preparing tasty snacks.
From the kitchen and living room through three very bright windows we access the huge terrace (48 sqm) with lake view, here there is a table with chairs, a comfortable sofa that we will call "smoking area". At night, of course. , the terrace is illuminated thanks to the presence of elegant and discreet spotlights.

Returning to the entrance doors, respectively to the right and left of the same, you enter the two different and separate "sleeping areas".
Sleeping area 1: Consisting of a service bathroom with laundry, a main bathroom with large walk-in shower, a double bedroom with a 15 sqm terrace overlooking the pool with TV, a bedroom with a window and two single beds.
Sleeping area 2: It consists of a service bathroom, a very elegant main bathroom with Jacuzzi, a bedroom with window with single bed and desk, a double bedroom with a 15 sqm terrace overlooking the pool.
We point out: All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and independent wardrobe, The large living room and consequently the kitchen area are equipped with an air conditioning device. All terraces are equipped with lighting, the whole apartment is covered by an excellent Wi-Fi signal. in all the bedrooms there is a high quality Topper on the mattresses of the beds. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming.
Access to the swimming pool is shared with the other housing units, the structure offers its guests 4 sun beds.

Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. The check-in time for this apartment is from 15:00 to 19:00, for arrivals from 19:00 until 23:30 there is a supplement of 50.00 euros
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 300, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
