In a quiet residential area in the context of only three residential units we find the brand new and just restored apartment "BACCO"
- The apartment is located on the first floor of a nice and quiet building, upon entering we are greeted by the living room with a large kitchen equipped with all new appliances. The environment is very bright thanks to the spacious balcony with double access from which we can enjoy a discreet view of the lake.
- The sleeping area is characterized by two large and spacious double bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning, 2 comfortable bathrooms with shower, and a storage room where the washing machine and cleaning utensils are located. in both bedrooms there is a high quality Topper on the mattresses of the double beds. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming.
- The strong point of "BACCO" is certainly the location a few steps from the historic center but with the tranquility of the residential area, the ease of parking, the air conditioning in all rooms, the Wi-FI, complete the description of this new and modern apartment.
We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. The check in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and until 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 100, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
