A few meters from the lake and the prestigious golden beach of Desenzano del Garda, Dolce Vita is located on the ground floor of a residential complex surrounded by greenery and equipped with a spacious and comfortable shared swimming pool. The 50 square meter apartment is divided as follows: At the entrance on the right we find a modern and spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine, The bedroom with independent air conditioning (from July 2024) with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, smart TV , bedside tables. the living room equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette equipped with all useful utensils for cooking, table and chairs, three-seat sofa bed, smart TV. The French window in the living room gives immediate access to the private garden where there are two sun loungers, an outdoor table and chairs. From the garden through a small gate you can access after a few steps directly to the spacious and comfortable swimming pool. The wi-fi working in all rooms, the private covered garage (270x210x6mt) and the dedicated space for parking bicycles complete the description of this lovely and comfortable apartment. This apartment represents the ideal solution for hosting couples with children in tow who wish to relax immersed in the quiet and surrounding greenery, but also for those who wish to go on excursions in the area given the enviable location convenient to the centre, the port and close to the ring road .
We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect.
