Our prestigious "Aurelia" apartment is located in the most exclusive area of ??Desenzano del Garda, inside a small but luxurious residential complex of only 6 real estate units with large swimming pool.
Aurelia is located in a complex completely surrounded by greenery, and is aimed at families who love nature and tranquility without disdaining the proximity to the city center which offers numerous bars, restaurants, shops, clubs and services of all kinds. Entering the residence, in front of the apartment, we can take advantage of the private and free parking space reserved for guests of this fantastic structure. The house extends over three levels. On the "ground" level we find a spacious and furnished garden where we can spend our free time.
Entering the apartment we find the living room with kitchen equipped with the best comforts, among others we find the coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to find in a modern and comfortable holiday home. The Smart TV connected to the fast fiber wifi line is obviously available in all languages ??after setting.
On the first level of the house there is the double bedroom with wardrobe, with a splendid and large terrace overlooking the garden, next to the bathroom with window is complete with toilet, bidet, sink, shower and washing machine.
On the second and last level the air-conditioned attic where there are two single beds, this maybe will become the "den" of the little ones.

Check-in time for this apartment is from 15:00. until 19:00, for arrivals after 19:00 and until 23:30 a supplement of 50.00 euros will be charged
Pets are welcome. There is a supplement of 5.00 EUR per night for each pet.
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 200, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
