The apartment consists of a large living room with dining area with large sofas and smart TV. Partially in the compartment, the comfortable fully equipped kitchen where you will find, in addition to the usual accessories, also the dishwasher, the coffee machine with pods, the kettle, toaster, microwave oven, etc. The kitchen also has access to the balcony overlooking the lake. In this room there is also a utility room with the washing machine and all the materials needed for cleaning.
Now let's discover the sleeping area: three double bedrooms, large, spacious and comfortable, all with windows and wardrobes. The main bedroom is equipped with a 40" smart TV.
There is a high-quality topper on the mattresses. A topper is a bed accessory that provides additional comfort, improves sleep quality and makes the bed even more inviting.
In the apartment there are two bathrooms: the first large and spacious with bathtub, toilet sink and bidet, the second with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

In case of arrival between 19.00 and 23.30 there is a supplement of Euro 50 to be paid in cash upon arrival in the hands of the hostess.
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 250, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
