- Let's start from the incomparable position and localization: located in a quiet, residential and above all well-connected area, we are in fact only 500 meters from the railway station and 150 meters from the ring road through which you can reach Verona, Brescia as well as all the most famous places of the lake, 400 meters from the junction of the A4 motorway which connects Milan and Venice. The villa is also just a few hundred meters from the major shopping centers in the "Il Leone" "Le Vele" area as well as from the "Lid'l" "Esselunga" supermarkets.
- We enter ... We are immediately struck by the well-kept and very large synthetic grass garden where we find an equipped barbecue corner, outdoor furniture for dining or enjoying unforgettable aperitifs in the open air and surrounded by greenery. The strong point, however, is the brand new Luxury jacuzzi where up to 4 guests can relax at the same time.
- We enter the house ... On the ground floor we are immediately greeted by a large living room with a comfortable sofa which transforms into a beautiful double bed if necessary, the attention to detail in this environment has left nothing to chance and everything has been thought out down to the smallest detail, sumptuous chandeliers, fireplace, dining room with crystal table, air conditioning, wi-fi and large smart TV screen, complete the description of this environment
- The independent kitchen also located on the ground floor includes every comfort such as the presence of every indispensable appliance (dishwasher, coffee machine with pods, microwave, etc. etc. ) as well as a table and chairs to enjoy an indoor breakfast in case of bad weather.
- Upstairs the sleeping area ... two large and spacious double bedrooms both air-conditioned, wardrobe and smart TV maxi screen, each room has access to a large balcony which will give you an unmissable view of the garden. In both bedrooms there is a high quality Topper on the mattresses of the double beds. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming.
- We conclude the description of the sleeping area with the two bathrooms: in the first another pleasant surprise awaits us, an indoor jacuzzi where even two people can find relaxation and well-being, in the second bathroom a large shower cubicle and the washing machine supplied. Both services are equipped with toilet and bidet.

Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. In case of arrival between 19.00 and 23.30 there is a supplement of Euro 50 to be paid in cash upon arrival in the hands of the hostess.
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 300, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
