Entering the apartment we find the living area, very spacious and bright, equipped with a dining table, a large and comfortable sofa (which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed if necessary), the latest generation Smart TV with the main streaming apps and many channels available.
The living area is completed with a large, well-equipped independent kitchen and a comfortable utility room where the cleaning utensils and the washer-dryer are located.
The kitchen also has access to the balcony with an unmissable lake view
The aisle takes us to the sleeping area where we find the two double bedrooms (size 165x190cm and 170x190cm) and as many bathrooms: one very practical with a shower cubicle, the other larger with a comfortable bathtub.

This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 200, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
