*Refined and Comfortable Interior: * Completely renovated and renovated in 2023, Rosa dei venti features an elegant and modern interior design. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette for all your culinary needs: coffee machine, microwave oven, traditional oven and refrigerator. The living area is enriched by a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, perfect for moments of relaxation, with direct access to one of the two large terraces. This room as well as the sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning.
*Welcoming Night Space: * The sleeping area offers two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, both bright and tastefully furnished, ensuring maximum comfort. Both bedrooms have direct access to the second balcony of the apartment. The apartment is completed by two bathrooms, one spacious and complete with every comfort with large shower cubicle, toilet, sink and bidet, and the other functional with toilet and laundry room. There is a high-quality Topper on all beds in the bedrooms and living room. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming.
In the bedroom with single beds there is an additional 42' smart TV
*Exclusive Services: * For our most demanding guests, the apartment is equipped with very high speed Wi-Fi thanks to the fiber connection, making it perfect also for business customers. Furthermore, a large covered and private garage (255x190x475mt) is available to comfortably accommodate a car, included in the price of the stay.
We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via

The check-in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and up to 11.30 pm there is a surcharge of €50.00
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 200, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
