Outside Description This three-stored seafront villa offers several outdoor spaces. Two terraces, one on the ground floor and the other one on the first floor, overlooking the sea and enjoying a suggestive panoramic view. A wide inner terrace on the ground floor with swimming pool, equipped with sunbeds, tables and chairs, allows you to have lunch and dinner outdoors. Second Floor The second floor consists of a luminous and elegant living room surrounded by windows, which offers a breathtaking view on the coast going from Sampieri to Donnalucata. Furnished with table and chairs, it is equipped with kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven and microwave. The kitchen overlooks the furnished terrace.
