Spacious apartment with a shared swimming pool in a “Limonaia” in Gardone Riviera, a beautiful building typical of the area.

The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto the bright living room which features a double sofa bed, an armchair, a TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, a kettle, a microwave and an American coffee machine. From here, guests will access the balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing in the open air. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first one is fitted with a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second one, which has access to the balcony, is provided with a bunk bed and a single one. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Amenities such as the independent heating for colder days, the free wi-fi and the fans in the bedrooms and the living room will be at guests’ disposal.

The shared swimming pool is available from the 1st of June to the 15th of September.
Guests will benefit from the public parking outside the building.
The residence is located on a street crossed by vehicles.

From Gardone lakefront tourists will benefit from the boat that in a few minutes takes to the Veronese shore, Malcesine, that offers a panoramic cable car to reach the 1800 meters of Monte Baldo and to other locations on Lake Garda.

The train station of Toscolano Maderno is located just 10 minutes away by car, while the airport of Verona is easily reachable with a 60-minute drive.
