Spacious apartment with a shared swimming pool, in a “Limonaia” in Gardone Riviera, a beautiful building typical of the area.

The apartment, located on the third floor reachable on foot, features a bright living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, a kettle, a microwave and an American coffee machine. From here, guests will access the balcony with a view on the surrounding greenery, and provided with a table and some chairs, perfect for enjoying summer nights in the open air. A staircase located in the living room leads to the upper floor where there is the bedroom fitted with a comfortable queen-size bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. The air conditioning in the bedroom, the independent heating for colder days and the free wi-fi will be at guests’ disposal.

The shared swimming pool is available from the 1st of June to the 15th of September.
Guests will benefit from the public parking outside the building.
The residence is located on a street crossed by vehicles.

From Gardone lakefront tourists will benefit from the boat that in a few minutes takes to the Veronese shore, Malcesine, that offers a panoramic cable car to reach the 1800 meters of Monte Baldo and to other locations on Lake Garda.

The train station of Toscolano Maderno is located just 10 minutes away by car, while the airport of Verona is easily reachable with a 60-minute drive.
