This wonderful and peaceful apartment is located on the second floor of a building and it is easily reachable by lift. All the rooms are furnished in modern style and with extreme attention to details, and they also boast wood flooring that makes the atmosphere more welcoming. Moreover, the home decors recall sea elements and add some character to the flat. The living area consists of a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a glass coffee table, where to relax watching TV, and of an independent and fully equipped kitchen, fitted with an induction hob, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a dining area. The bedroom is as simple as it is refined, furnished with a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe and a desk with a mirror. The full bathroom matches the style and is provided with shower. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the living room only) and heating complete the property. It is the perfect option both for business travellers and tourists that would like to spend a pleasant stay in the heart of Genoa.

The area is full of local bars and restaurants, among which we suggest: Il Giardino degli Indoratori, Ombre Rosse, Osteria Le Colonne, La buca di San Matteo and Scurreria Beer & Bagel.
