Completing the ground floor are two bathrooms with shower and washing machine and two bedrooms that overlook the garden, one with a double bed and one with two castelo beds. Going up to the first floor is the master suite with bedroom and en suite bathroom with tub and large panoramic terrace equipped with sun loungers and sunshade. The outdoor area is ideal for relaxing, in the garden on the ground floor there is a large 5-seater Jacuzzi with a view of the lake, heated, lit with music, an outdoor shower and a beautiful traditional wooden sauna. Climbing a staircase, there is another panoramic terrace equipped with lounge, table and sun umbrella, and up on the roof terrace there is the highlight of the villa, another panoramic terrace of the villa, which offers a wide view of Lake Maggiore up to the castles of Cannero and Switzerland, equipped with outdoor furniture. Small pets allowed for an additional charge.
