Important Notice
- You need to agree to our house rules. By booking this property you automatically agree to these rules.
- City council tax: 2 Euro per day per person over 14 years old, for a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid to the host upon request from the host and prior to arrival.
- Refundable damage deposit: 300€ per stay (refunded at checkout if no damages occur during your stay). This is for accidental damages. Any acts of malicious or significant damage will result in a claim against the client for the full costs of the damages.
