By booking this property you automatically agree to these rules. - City council tax: 2 Euro per day per person over 14 years old, for a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid to the host upon request from the host and prior to arrival. - Refundable damage deposit: 300€ per stay (refunded at checkout if no damages occur during your stay). This is for accidental damages. Any acts of malicious or significant damage will result in a claim against the client for the full costs of the damages. Property Care - The property, its furnishings, and decor are unique and precious. Please ensure they are not damaged. - Take care of all items within the property to maintain their condition for future guests. Occupancy Rules - Maximum group size is 6 people. - No smoking is allowed inside the property. - No pets are allowed on the premises.
