There’s a place in Chianti where you can have the privilege of rediscovering the past. This is a place where taste, aesthetics and art enhance your quality of life The country house located in the heart of the Chianti region among cypress hills, vineyards and olive-trees, in a beautiful countryside full of memories and values, the old farm house is an ideal place for those who love quietness and relax. The ancient building completely stone-made dates back to the 17th century and is located on the hills of Lamole right between Florence (40 km.) and Siena ( 40 km). The owner, an architect, carefully restored the house maintaining the Tuscan traditions and her wife, a designer, took care of the furnishing by creating a stylish and friendly ambience with selected furniture and tasteful decorations, which shows style and taste. On the first floor a wooden truss highlights the nice and huge living room which has a comfortable cooking and sitting area and a big fireplace. From the windows you can enjoy the magnificent view over the famous Chianti hills and the beautiful Tuscan countryside. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms, each furnished in a personal and exclusive style, with particular colours, furniture and decorations. You can also enjoy having dinner outside on the two big private terrace with original terracotta tiles and a panoramic garden fully equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The house can easily host 6 people and is detailed with many accessories, heating, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, TV/videotape player, radio. The owners haven’t intentionally built a swimming pool for not interfering with the magic atmosphere of this area still very close to old rural traditions and wine production. The village of Lamole is only 1 km far (foodshops and restaurant) and Greve in Chianti is about 8 km away in direction of Florence.
