The apartment is located on the second floor of a building accessible by stairs and claims an ideal location for those who want to be in a central but quiet area. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with a dining table, a TV, and an open kitchen. The sleeping area is partially detached from the living area and boasts two single beds and a loft that accommodates a queen-size bed and a desk. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
