The flowered pergola, the table for outdoor dining, the comfortable sofas and the garden from which you do not get tired of enjoying the wonderful view of hills to the sea, give personality to this lovely cottage located just 17 km from the beaches of Fano. This accommodation with its typical brick structure is an independent house with a large private garden. The house is located in a city block, where a couple of local families live, but the private entrance leaves this accommodation with an excellent privacy. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a large living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for two. On the first floor are the rooms: one double and one twin with two single beds; on the same level there is a bathroom with a shower. The atmosphere that you breathe is familiar, warm and welcoming. At about 2 km from the house there are Piagge and Montemaggiore for daily shopping. In less than 20 minutes you can reach the sea and the city of Fano, famous for its beautiful summer evenings full of events, shops for shopping and fine restaurants. Many historic villages to visit nearby: Mondavio, Corinaldo orange flag for the most beautiful villages in Italy Touring club, Fossombrone and the only UNESCO site of Le Marche, Urbino.
