The apartment is part of an agriturismo, amidst the greenery of the hilly landscape of the Abruzzi in Teramo province, just 7km from the Adriatic coast. Holiday apartment on a farm in an excellent panoramic location amidst olive groves and fruit trees, where you can admire the colour of the sea and of the surrounding landscape at the same time

The agricultural enterprise Tenuta Santa Maria is 2km from the Teramo Giulianova – Mosciano Sant‘Angelo motorway exit on the A14 (Bologna-Taranto), 1.5km from the Teramo exit on the A24 (L’Aquila and Rome) and 7km from the sea (Giulianova Lido).
Pets are only allowed on request and dogs must be kept on the leash with a muzzle outdoors. On site there is a lake where you can go fishing. The tranquility of the location and the relaxed atmosphere make the Tenuta Santa Maria a perfect place for couples and singles looking for relaxation on their holiday, or just for a weekend.
