The apartment, on the second floor accessible by stairs, opens onto the living area, an open space furnished with a sofa, dining table, television and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a TV set, and a balcony. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
