Our Magione Apartment with terrace is located in a stately renovated building overlooking Piazza Magione, a historic square located in the heart of the Kalsa district.
The entrance leads directly to a room with a sofa bed, which can comfortably accommodate two people. From the entrance you also have access to the living room, furnished with elegant antique furniture and modern design sofas. The kitchen, which overlooks the living room, is modern and well-equipped, also featuring washing machine and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One room has an en suite bathroom with shower, while guests of the second bedroom can use the bathroom located right next to it, equipped with a bathtub. Both rooms also have open wardrobes.
Stairs lead to the mezzanine, a true relaxation area with sofa and armchair. From here you have access to the furnished terrace.
The house, trendy and sophisticated, has been totally renovated, with stylish details and elegant materials.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historical Kalsa neighborhood, just few stones away from the Foro Italico seafront meadows, the "Cala" marina with its cafes and ice-cream parlours, and close to many historical monuments and cultural sites as Palazzo Steri, the Abatellis Museum and many others. Just outside the front door of the building you can mingle in the heart of the oldest Palermo district: alleys and squares, noble monuments and churches, clashing in harmony and contradiction with local market stalls, with their colors, aromas and flavors, including some of the city's best street food, and finally the city cultural soul of museums and theaters. Finally, at walking distance from our apartment you can find several restaurants, and find yourself at ease both if you are looking for gourmet dining and for a typical local "trattoria".
Our apartment is less than 15 minutes walking distance from the main railway station, also bus stop for the airport shuttle.
