The apartment, located on the sixth floor of a building served by an elevator, opens onto the large and bright living room, which features a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table, and has access to the balcony with a small table and chairs. The separate kitchen is complete with all cooking utensils, including a microwave, kettle, oven, and espresso machine. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed, clothes stand, and ensuite bathroom with shower. A bathroom with bathtub completes the layout.

Guests will have amenities such as a washing machine, air conditioning in the bedrooms and independent heating for colder days.

Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
