Exclusive prestigious apartment on two levels with terrace, next to Porta Nuova, in Palermo.

The apartment, with a unique and eccentric style that combines vintage and modern elements, is located on the second floor of a renovated building and spreads over two levels. The entrance opens onto an open space that accommodates several armchairs, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The living area follows on to the upper level, accessible by a private elevator, which comes with a living room featuring sofas, a television, a toilet and a large terrace equipped with a dining area overlooking Porta Nuova and Palazzo dei Normanni. The sleeping area is located on the first level of the apartment and includes three bedrooms with queen-size beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. A toilet and an additional bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as wifi connection, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.

*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the 'Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets' that will allow guests to explore the markets of BallarĂ² and Capo, where lunch or a snack, at the Palermo market, dishes must be 'strictly' tasted with just the help of the hands! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire important buildings, streets and squares.

Palermo's central station is 1.6 km from the accommodation, while Palermo Falcone e Borsellino airport can be reached in 30 minutes drive.
