Modern and bright duplex apartment with terrace between the Cala marina and Piazza San Domenico.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a recently renovated building with an elevator. The house, which spreads over two levels, boasts furnishing elements of Arab tradition mixed with modern and design furniture, creating a unique style. The first level features the living area, furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a television, and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area is distributed over the two floors; the first bedroom houses a French bed, the second bedroom, accessible by taking a staircase in the living room, is located in the loft that houses a queen-size bed, a closet, a desk and an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout.

The highlight of the accommodation is the furnished terrace with dining area and deck chairs where guests can relax in their free moments.

Guests will benefit from amenities including Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning, and heating.
