This 18th century stone house in Pescaglia in the province of Lucca has been renovated into a beautiful holiday home with modern décor and amenities. It is an ideal destination for a couple even with 1-2 older children or a small child and it offers a private terrace with barbecue, which calls for relaxed days. The home is strategically located within walking distance to everything. The town, supermarket and restaurants are conveniently located within 100 m. You can also go for hikes or treks just 100 m away in the forest. Apart from heating, the home offers a large kitchen, fully equipped so that you are self sufficient. You can extend your evenings barbecue meals with local wine on the private terrace. Bicycles are available for the active ones. Cot and high chair are available for the kids. Public transport is available 5 km away. You can check in between 5 - 8 PM and check out between 10 AM - 12 PM in this home.

Pascoso's finest asset, and the most important reason to travel there, is the nature in which it is literally immersed. It is reaaly a hiker's paradise: you can walk all day long without meeting a soul. As you may have already imagined, the only sounds you'll hear in Pascoso are dogs barking and townsfolk chatting. Quiet reigns through the mountainside. The area is ideal for hiking, horseback riding (there are two barns where you can rent horses). However, there are 2 restaurants and a general store, where you can buy food and every you need for the house and it is not far from the "cities of arts" of Tuscany (Lucca,Pisa,Florence,Siena, etc.,) and beaches (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio,which are among the most famous Italian beaches) are no more than 30 miles far. Furthermore, the house is situated under an hours drive from many of Italy?s finest and most picturesque golf courses, such as Golf Alisea - 32km -30 mins (5 holes promotional golf course), Montecatini Golf Club - 37 km -35 mins (18 hole golf course of natural beauty that has been built in the hilly countryside.Golfers are faced with many natural hazards such as lakes, streams, forests, and ditches which are all formed from the natural contours of the land), Club Golf Montelupo - 40 km -40 mins, Tirrenia Golf Club (9 hole), Cosmopolitan Golf & Country Club (18 hole) and Golf Club Fontevivo (18 hole).
