The apartment welcomes guests with the bright and spacious living room, consisting of two comfortable armchairs, dining table with chairs, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, citrus squeezer, american coffee machine and toaster.
A French door leads to the large private terrace equipped with a dining table and chairs, with a magnificent view of the lake.
On the rear there is a further covered porch with a garden.
The apartment, complete with air conditioning in all rooms, continues with the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe; the bedroom also overlooks the terrace and enjoys a magnificent view of the lake. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bunk bed and a comfortable wardrobe.
The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as private parking, swimming pool, and Wi-Fi connection.

Peschiera del Garda is the Italian lakeside city for excellence, also called "the fortified city" due to the presence of its military fortress, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017. The historical evidence of the city can be admired starting from the entrance to the historic center , the "Porta Verona", to continue towards the Museum of the Historic Building, with frescoes dating back to 900. Peschiera also offers wonderful beaches and amusement parks such as the famous "Gardaland", easily reachable in 20 minutes by shuttle from the train station of Peschiera, otherwise in just 10 minutes by car.

The apartment is easily reachable from the nearby Verona Villafranca Airport which is only 15 minutes away by car.
