Lovely apartment with private garden, inside the Belvedere Residence with swimming pool, for a vacation for up to 4 people.

The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room furnished with double sofa bed, dining table, television, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and electric kettle.
The living room overlooks the small private garden with a porch furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. This is followed by a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and closet. A bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet completes the layout.

Guests can enjoy amenities such as a washing machine, iron, and free WiFi.

*The outdoor area of the residence offers a beautiful swimming pool that can be used from June 15 to September 30, as well as green areas in which to relax and enjoy the 2 condominium BBQs available to condominiums.
*We inform our guests that the Residence pool is currently undergoing renovations.
*Guests may park their cars in the private parking lot inside the Residence.
*At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all information regarding your reservation within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Peschiera del Garda is the Italian lake town par excellence, also called "the walled city" due to the presence of its military fortress, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017. The historical evidence of the city can be admired starting at the entrance to the historic center, the "Porta Verona," and continuing to the Palazzina Storica Museum, with frescoes dating back to the 1900s. Peschiera also offers marvelous lidos and amusement parks such as the world-famous "Gardaland," easily reached in 20 minutes by shuttle from the Peschiera train station, otherwise only 10 minutes by car. Within 10 minutes by car, or by train from the Peschiera train station, is the historic city of Verona; the cities of Venice and Milan are also easily reached by road or rail connections.

The apartment is easily accessible from nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is only a 25-minute drive away.
