Flat on the second floor of a three-storey semi-detached villa with a total of three flats. The owner lives in one of the flats. The entrances are independent and the outdoor spaces are hidden from view of the others. It is rather secluded, on a slope overlooking Lake Iseo and the village of Pisogne, both 2 km away. From the garden, where there is a communal 50-square-metre swimming pool, there is a splendid view of the village, the lake and the surrounding mountains.
