Modern apartment in a residential complex immersed in the greenery, in Polpenazze del Garda.
The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto the bright living room which features a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a well-equipped open plan kitchen, which includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave and American coffee machine. From here, guests will access the wonderful terrace with a view on the surrounding greenery and furnished with a dining table, perfect for enjoying tasty meals in the open air. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom fitted with a queen-size bed, closet and nightstands. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is located on the ground floor of the building.
At guests’ disposal amenities such as a ceiling and a portable fan, the independent heating for colder days and the free wi-fi.
Guests will benefit from a covered parking slot inside the property.
The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap is required.

It is certified that the city has existed since the Bronze Age, in fact tourists will be able to admire the historical testimonies of that era thanks to the presence of the Polpenazze Castle and the Baroque Church of Santa Maria, which enjoys one of the most beautiful glimpses of Lake Garda. Even nature lovers will be able to appreciate Polpenazze thanks to the trekking and biking routes, together with lakeside promenades.
Verona airport is 50-minutes drive from the apartment, while Polpenazze train station is around 2,3 km away.
