Cozy and bright apartment with large terrace in Punta Asfodeli, a few minutes from Porto Rotondo.

The apartment, on the second floor of a residential complex near the seashore, features a large terrace furnished with a dining area and outdoor sofas. Going up a flight of external stairs, guests can access the covered terrace that leads to the apartment. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, a TV, and an open kitchen equipped with everything needed for preparing delicious meals. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet, and a second bedroom with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out upon request. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

At guests' disposal amenities such as air conditioning in some rooms, a washing machine, and an iron.
