The apartment is on the sixth floor, which is the top floor of a typical Roman palazzo from the year 1930. It is in the Esquilino district, between the S. Maria Maggiore and S. Croce basilicas in Gerusalemme. It is a multi-ethnic district that is centrally located and is well-connected to the other parts of the city by public transport, but which allows you to visit the sights on foot. The balcony faces the interior courtyard planted with flower beds, where cedar of Lebanon and magnolia grow. There is a parking deck 200 metres away for parking your car. The Teatro dell’Opera opera house and the Ambra Jovinelli Theatre are within walking distance. The multi-ethnic street market in Piazza Vittorio is just a few steps away. It is 20 minutes to the Colosseum, 30 minutes to the Spaish Steps and 50 minutes to the Vatican. The apartment has good public transport connections.
